General Questions

How do you provide an estimate?

Our quick estimates are based on a variety of factors such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, type of flooring, pets, number of people occupying the dwelling, and time spent in similar-sized homes.  You can also schedule a meet-and-greet with one of our leads to conduct a walkthrough and discuss the scope of work in more detail.

How many cleaners do you send?

It depends on the size of your home and what kind of cleaning you need. We will send between 2–4 cleaners. Remember, our minimum of 4 hours always applies, and our hourly rate is $40 per hour per cleaner for one-time cleaning and $35 per hour per cleaner for recurring cleanings.

What is Deep Clean?

A deep clean is for customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in a while or for homes in a bad condition. This allows our cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home.

It will include additional things not included in our standard cleaning, such as baseboards among other items.

You can also give the cleaners custom instructions.

Hoarding and Hazardous Condition Policy

We welcome hoarding cleanings but we require them to be booked as an hourly service. We charge $40 per hour per cleaner for however long it takes the cleaners to complete the cleaning.

If your property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation that goes over and above our normal cleaning environment that is covered by our cleaning packages, our cleaning teams have the right to walk away. Upon such a service, you will be charged a $50 booking fee due to holding your space in our schedule.

How long will it take to clean my house?

It depends on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, amount of furniture/density, and type of cleaning. On average, it takes a professional maid service in Colorado roughly 6 to 8 hours to perform a thorough clean of a 1600 square foot house. Our cleaning team of three would complete the same task in ⅓ the time thus spending less time in the client’s home.

Do you do laundry or the dishes?

We do not launder personal clothing items but will fold clothes as an extra depending on the amount needed to be folded. Dirty dishes are included in our one time and recurring cleaning services.

Do you clean during or after business hours?

Both. Depending on your preference and availability. Most residential cleanings are done during the day when clients are away working or attending to other matters. Almost all of our commercial cleanings are conducted after hours without disrupting your work.

What are your hours of operation?

7 am – 5 pm

Billing

Should I tip my maids?

Only if you are happy with our work, Tips are greatly appreciated!

How do I pay for my services?

We accept payments over the phone using a Visa or MasterCard, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Please refer to the Payment Tab for details.

When does my card get charged?

Credit cards will be charged after services are completed.

Is my billing information safe and secure?

We do not save or keep your billing information. Payments are processed through the third-party merchant you trust (PayPal, Venmo, Square, Cash App, Zelle).

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, all of our staff is bonded and insured by our following insurances:

Do you Guarantee your work?

Our services are 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – After we clean, if you notice a mistake, or simply anything you believe does not meet the standards for exceptional quality, just let us know within 24 hours—we'll come out and re-clean for free.

How do I create a Clean Option Account?

Do I have to be home while you clean?

Most occupied cleanings are done when clients are away to minimize distractions and ensure a more thorough clean. However, it depends on your preference.

What about my pets?

We are pet-friendly! We only ask that your pet is too.

Services and Staff

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If you need to cancel and/or make any changes to your appointment we ask that you notify us within 24 hrs.

Do you provide Cleaning Supplies?

We will provide and maintain all necessary cleaning equipment inclusive of but not limited to: floor machines, buffers, carpet extractor, vacuums, maid carts, mop buckets, wringers, mops and brooms. However, for sanitary reasons, for Recurring cleaning accounts we ask clients to provide some basic cleaning tools of their own such as Mop, Broom, and Toilet Brush.

What Cleaning Products do you use?

We use a combination of green products and commercial grade products. We try to use eco friendly products as much as possible but there are jobs where commercial grade is needed. Please inform our lead cleaner if you are allergic to certain chemicals such as bleach.

Will I always have the same person cleaning my home?

Yes, you will be assigned your personal cleaning team. If the crew leader is not available for serious reasons or vacation then we will notify you and you will have the option to reschedule your appointment or to send another crew leader. We make every effort to ensure that one of the two team members who serves your home cleans during each visit.
